Microbes are various – bacteria, fungi, protozoa, bacteria, fungi and minute plants viruses, viroids furthermore prions (proteinaceous agents of infection). “Micro” - (symbol μ) is a unit prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of 10−6 (too small to be seen with the naked eye), “Bio” - the Greek root word bio means 'life.' and “Logy” -logy is a suffix in the English language means “the study of”.
